My name is Jason S. Ballard. I believe that a lawyer should care about the people they serve. That is why I have spent more than two decades providing hands-on, thoughtful and results-oriented legal counsel. I handle a wide variety of cases throughout the New River Valley, Southwest Virginia, and West Virginia.
I founded Ballard Law LLC to provide my community with service grounded in integrity. My career includes extensive service to our Nation in the U.S. Army JAG Corps. In addition, I previously served on the Pearisburg Town Council and now serve our community in the Virginia House of Delegates. This deep-rooted background in public service shapes how I will protect your rights.
